Well it's taken a lot of work and a bit of help, but I have now caught up. I have created my Max Keyboard patch. It really wasn't easy and I actually had to read a few tutorials ahead and get Tyrell to explain a couple of things to me before it all fell into place. But here it is.

theres and object, some kind of switch in your patch which i dont recognize.. what is it?

It's the 'Remove Pants' switch that Luke programmed. It saves him at least 12 seconds when getting ready for bed.
Actually it serves two functions. To turn the manual velocity on and off, AND to take my pants off. Although I don't actually use it for when I go to bed. I just don't like wearing pants.
Basically it is is a switch and you just change between signal paths. You can find it along the top of Max in the object pallet.
How I use it to take my pants off is my secret though. :P
